Community Yoga

Join us for an uplifting all-levels class designed to bring people together in movement, breath and connection. This practice is accessible to anyone who feels comfortable getting up and down from the floor. We will flow through postures that build strength, flexibility and balance while cultivating a sense of ease and grounding. Modifications and options are always offered, so you can practice at your own pace. Whether you are brand-new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class is about showing up just as you are and sharing the experience of yoga in community.
